By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from New Life Disability Advocates about your application, reminders, status updates, denial/appeal help, professional review options, and โ€” if you choose to be referred to a partner law firm โ€” scheduling and retainer signing reminders related to that referral. Message frequency varies, up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. After replying STOP you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, Tracfone, Google Voice, and most other US carriers. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Recording & AI Voice Disclosure

Our AI voice agent Robin identifies itself as an artificial intelligence within its first utterance on every call, in accordance with the FCC's February 2024 Declaratory Ruling classifying AI-generated voices as "artificial voices" under the TCPA and the FCC's August 2024 Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on AI disclosure. Calls are recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes.

You may opt out of recording or AI interaction at any time by (a) telling Robin "stop" or "speak to a human," (b) hanging up, or (c) emailing privacy@newlifedisability.com.

7. Your Rights โ€” Federal

Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's April 2025 consent revocation rules, you may revoke prior express written consent to receive autodialed calls, prerecorded/AI voice calls, or SMS messages at any time through any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, telling an agent to stop calling, or emailing us. Revocation is effective for all messages on related topics.

8. Your Rights โ€” State Privacy Laws

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights โ€” including the right to know, access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information โ€” under: California (CCPA/CPRA), Nevada (NRS 603A), Florida (FTSA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), New Hampshire (NHDPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), Tennessee (TIPA), and Indiana (ICDPA). 10. Data Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored personal data, role-based access controls, audit logging, and vendor due-diligence to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
