Terms of Service

The legal agreement between you and Dynamic Media Works LLC when you use New Life Disability Advocates.

Effective Date: June 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dynamic Media Works LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as New Life Disability Advocates("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website, AI voice agent, SMS program, or other services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

We provide an informational website plus a lead-intake service that uses an AI voice agent ("Robin") to qualify individuals seeking help with SSDI and SSI claims and refers them to independent, licensed disability law firm and advocacy partners, including Premier Disability Services, LLC, Midwest Disability, P.A., and Roeschke Law, LLC. We are NOT a law firm and do not practice law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Statesto use the Services.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a form, speaking with Robin, or being referred to a partner firm does notcreate an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after (a) a partner law firm reviews your information, (b) you sign a written retainer or representation agreement with that firm, and (c) the firm accepts the engagement in writing.

5. Consent to Contact

5.1 TCPA / FTSA Consent โ€” Calls & Email

By providing your phone number and email, you give prior express written consent for New Life Disability Advocates, its named partners, and their service providers to contact you at the number(s) and email(s) provided โ€” including via autodialed or prerecorded/AI voice calls (such as our agent Robin) โ€” for purposes related to your SSDI/SSI inquiry, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, telling an agent to stop, or emailing privacy@newlifedisability.com.

5.2 SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: New Life Disability Advocates Alerts. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages about your application, reminders, status updates, denial/appeal help, professional review options, and โ€” if you choose to be referred to a partner law firm โ€” scheduling and retainer signing reminders related to that referral. Message frequency varies, up to ~10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. After replying STOP you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, Tracfone, Google Voice, and most other US carriers. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5.3 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither New Life Disability Advocates, its affiliates, nor any participating carriers shall be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the SMS messaging program, including without limitation: delayed messages, undelivered messages, lost messages, service interruptions, or any technical issues affecting message transmission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (b) impersonate any person; (c) use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access; or (f) scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on our Services are owned by or licensed to Dynamic Media Works LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

No guarantee of SSDI/SSI approval. Outcomes depend on the Social Security Administration and the merits of your case. No legal advice. Information on the Services is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Dynamic Media Works LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or (b) the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynamic Media Works LLC, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Pre-suit notice. Before filing any claim, you agree to send written notice describing the dispute to privacy@newlifedisability.comand to allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve it informally.

Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in the State of Nevada. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. No class, collective, consolidated, or representative actionsare permitted.

30-day arbitration opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to privacy@newlifedisability.comwithin 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms with a new Effective Date, and where appropriate by email or SMS. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dynamic Media Works LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
